Spice Merchant is my favorite place to shop! I ONLY come here to get my loose leaf tea. The staff if always SUPER helpful and kind. Whenever Sarah is in they're always super helpful and kindly reminds me what the buy X get 1 ounce free threshold is EVERY time because I always forget. Go here for all your apices and teas, you won't regret it!

I really loved their store in Kalamazoo- such great customer service. Here, not so much. The young person at the counter seemed inconvenienced by my presence. Nice selection of teas, however I’ll go to another tea and spice store that actually wants me there next time.

Great place for any kind of tea leaves you could want. They also have plenty of oils & spices. I'll definitely go back. Customer service was great too.

Great selection of the tea leaf and spices. I bought some Japanese tea leaf that my partner wants this time, but I found several intereed tea leaf. I strongly recommend this store who is tea lover. Store is very clean and calming. I would definitely coming back here again.

Spice & Tea Merchants is like the Willy Wonka of tea stores. This location is my go-to as it’s convenient, in a cute area, and the people are very nice and helpful. I never feel unwelcome while searching for teas, and there are dozens and dozens of them to pore through. They also have spices and oils that I’ve tried and are a good quality. This is a good place to go for gifts and if you are a tea person who wants to try something new. I was introduced to butterfly pea flower tea here which is now my favorite, and I love the cinnamon tea! Each location has their own little blends and this place makes it fun. I’ve had their “Avatar Last Airbender” blends and it was so cute. I highly recommend this place for if you want some things to relax or if you need a gift for someone and you’re not sure what to get. It’s a cozy time in here!
